We want you to love your Petit Lem items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely pack your items in their original protective bags.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
